At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer of your choice.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid USPS return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days, minus a small processing fee.
